Legit AF...straight up on the level! The fruit for this wine is sourced from a mix of certified sustainable and organic vineyards. The vineyards are much cooler than many other areas in California. The maritime influence provides ideal growing conditions to attain a real distinct bright fruit character. Cool climate and morning fog linger each morning to keep the fruit balanced. No malolactic fermentation nor bâtonnage is performed to the barrels in order to preserve a pure expression of the vineyard, as the intense sunlight of the site creates incredible texture in the fruit. Aged in barrels for 10 months, tannins are finely integrated.
