WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our shipping squad is on it daily from Monday - Friday. The cut off for same day shipping is noon. We are here to get you juicy top shelf bangers. On Fridays, the team is ready to get lit. Call us with inquiries before the wild antics begin!
Oh yea, if you place an order after 1pm on a Friday, it won’t ship out until Monday. Ya dig? That includes FedEx overnight. Call us if you are in a time crunch. We will give you deets on “real time” possibilities. Delivery times have been way odd these days due to the ‘rona virus, protests and natural disasters.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
That totally depends on where you live and what shipping method you pay for. The day we ship out your order does not count as a day in transit.
You can receive your delivery within 3-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to tracking info when your killer wines ship out.
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer regular ground shipments, 3-day, 2-day air and overnight. FedEx is our preferred default carrier. We want you mega happy with the wine and will always access the reduced pricing offered to us.
YIKES, I MESSED UP THE ADDRESS, IDK HOW. WHAT JUST HAPPENED?
It’s ok. Relax. Change/cancel via phone call ASAP. An email may not get to us in time so just hit us up with a ring ring, hello. Provide us with the name, email, phone number and the order number.
IS THERE A PICKUP OPTION FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
At this moment, we are unable to accept pick-up deliveries. We will update the site once we are able to offer curbside to you. In the meantime, we are offering local delivery within the 25 mile radius of our Wine Moderne HQ in Costa Mesa, CA 92627. We also offer FedEx shipping for your sipping enjoyment.
CAN I COMBINE MY PURCHASES OR DELIVERIES IN ONE SHIPMENT?
Yes, but of course! We understand completely. Please note: if you’d like to ship some bottles in your order and also have additional wine on hold for future shipment or local delivery, just let us know. We are happy to assist you.
