Ooo...dis a vibe! Take us to Italy with this tasty Nebbiolo. Garnet in color with a brick orange rim gets us in our feelings over here every damn time. Barbaresco is where the vineyards are located. The grapes come from the younger part of the Starderi vineyard in in the municipality of Neive. Yields are kept extremely low and chemical products, fertilizers or pesticides are not used. 75% of the vineyards are worked according to biodynamic principles.

Sour cherry, tart plum and dried cherry aromatic are pronounced. The floral character of rose petals and truffles offer depth and complexity. The minerality is pronounced. Full-bodied red wine, dusty tannins and elevated acidity got us on the swivel with each sip.
