Certified organic is always a win win. The estate's philosophy is to work in the most appropriate way, using sustainable/organic farming practices to preserve the environment. Nicolas believes in the diversification and built his reputation by cultivating and vinifying various grapes according to the soil of each of his plots of land. A trophy of the gastronomy of Lyon gleaned in 2008 as ”Wine Grower of the Year” confirms it. 

The wine is silky on the palate with moderate grip on the tannins. Swig on the red fruit flavors of tart cranberry, strawberry and red currant. This earthy wine is fresh and juicy. 50% destemmed crop (Burgundy method). Approx. 20-days vinification with 9-months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

100% Gamay
