This is solid gold for the lover of nihonshu. Born is unfiltered and is also a muroka sake. It is non-carbon filtered draft sake aged at 14 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 year.  Count your blessings. All of these special processes lead to a sake that is rich, clean and joyful, in every sense of the word.

It has a robust body with a complex flavor and a pure, uplifting sweet aroma. Serve well chilled. We got our Daiginjo dancing shoes shuffling with each lively sip. This sake pairs nicely with disco tunes and laser lights too.
