This Rosé Champagne from the Côte des Blancs seriously put us in tune with "all the feels" the moment we saw the ultra-light blush hue. The hint of pale copper also adds to the visual beauty. The fragrant and floral aroma locked it down for us on the nose. Chalky minerality is pronounced on the palate. It lingers on and on with a crisp and tangy finish. 

The low dosage comes in at only 3 grams per liter. It is absolutely brilliant with a long and complex finish. It was made for pleasure. Time to shake and shimmy. We got our overhead jazz hands out for this beauty.
