Heinrich Weixelbaum produces superb results from some of Strass's best grapes. The winery has a personal and holistic approach to nature. With three generations of experience, the vineyards are sustainably farmed. Aged in stainless steel vats. This wine spends 5-6 months on the lees.

At first sight, the pale straw wine shows hints of green highlights. The nose is subtle with underripe citrus aromatics of grapefruit and lemon. The ripe white peach and yellow cherry join in to offer a fresh bouquet, with faintness of sugar snap peas and celery on the secondary aromas. It is a lovely wine that is dry and balanced with moderate plus acidity. It’s sooo good…lift a glass and get your chill on already.
